Table Setup/Rentals:

What is provided by the Hampton Classic when you purchase a table?

What does Robbins Wolfe provide for the table setup?

We provide bamboo disposable utensils standard with your food order. We have an option to upgrade from Bamboo plates and forks to standard chinaware and silverware set. Please refer Rentals Tab for the exact packages and Images. There will be a separate form for rentals with each food menu. Please note, if you have rentals with us or directly with Party Rental, you are required to book a waiter with us to oversee, setup and return equipment.

Where/How do I place my rental orders?

If you are ordering the upgraded basic table package, you may do that directly with us. For specialty glassware, chinaware, silverware, and linens, you must order directly with Linda Vacey from Party Rental LTD. [email protected]

What if I want upgrade chairs, linen or chinaware that is not in your package?

Anything that is not listed in our package must be placed directly with Party Rental Ltd. We recommend you place your entire order through them if you will need upgraded items. How many guests can we setup for?

The Hampton Classic provides you with 8 chairs and 6 ringside seats, depending on which tent you are in. We recommend to keep in mind the logistics of décor and food when you begin planning your design to allow room for family style platters.

Can I leave the same setup/equipment all week on my table vs having a daily order?

At the end of each day, the rental company comes to pick up their equipment. The staff at the Hampton Classic also goes around cleaning and setting up new linens at every table. Anything left behind gets tossed out. Your items may get damaged overnight due to the weather. It is recommended to have a daily order each morning of service.

Food:

Are we allowed to bring outside food?

Outside Catering is not permitted at the Hampton Classic as we are the exclusive caterers. If you’d like to bring food to your table from home, or from a vendor at the site into the Grand Prix tent, that is permitted. However no outside caterer is allowed at the Grand Prix Tents.

Can I bring in my own liquor?

We have the liquor license on property. No outside liquor is permitted as this is a liability issue. There is security as well at each tent ensuring no liquor comes on or leaves the property.

How much food should I order for my guests?

Our food generally serves 8 guests. We recommend doubling up on starters if you expect more than 8 guests. Our team in our office is happy to advise you on our recommendations should you need additional guidance.

Waiters:

What time do waiters arrive?

Waiters arrive during the week and Saturday at 10 am until 4 pm. On Grand Prix Sunday they arrive at 9 am.

Are we required to have waiters?

Waiters are required if you have rentals. We recommend having waiters when you order catering, but it is not a requirement. Tables with no waiters, will have food sent out after 12 pm when guests are seated at the table. Please note, we won’t be able to accommodate on site requests for waitstaff. They must be requested in advance.

Can I have the same waiter from previous years?

We will try to book specific waiters that are requested however we cannot guarantee their availability.

What is the waiter’s uniform?

Waiters arrive in white button-down collared shirts and khaki dress pants.

Payments:

How can I pay for my catering?

All orders require a valid credit card on file, if we do not receive full payment before date of service, your order is not confirmed.

What if we are tax exempt?

We can remove taxes on catering orders if we receive a valid tax exemption form.
