Grilled Lobsters!
For the best Grilled Maine Lobsters: First, pre-boil the lobsters until red. Then split them in half, rinse the bodies, crack the claws, and clean the tail. Then brush with Lemon Basil Butter and throw on the grilled for 15 minutes, then serve!
Celebrating 30 Years!
2017 marks the 30th Anniversary of Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs! In 1987, Christopher Robbins and Paula & Ken Wolfe formed Robbins Wolfe Catering.
